What is the Young Talent Programme?

Our Young Talent Programme is designed to help you as you start out in the early stages of your career. It gives you access to a range of benefits:

Careers information and advice
Employability events designed to help those looking for work experience, apprenticeships, graduate schemes and internships
Networking events supported by local companies and business volunteers
Giving back to the community by volunteering at a local school, attending a careers event for current students or organising a reunion
Becoming an Young Talent Ambassador to help champion the programme

1.1 Registration process

Do I have to register to use the site?

Yes, we need an email that you have access to set up and use an account on the site.

When you access the site for the first time use the “Register” option with the email you gave us. A link to logon to the site will be sent to you.

The link will take you to your account page where you can update your personal details, the industries that you are interested in and the opportunities you are interested in.

If you need to change any details about your account, then use the “My Details” link on your dashboard.

Who is eligible to join?

The programme is open to anyone aged 16-25 residing in East London (including Barking and Dagenham, Hackney, Havering, Newham, Redbridge, Tower Hamlets and Waltham Forest). Whether you are a student, a graduate, unemployed or a young professional looking for career support our service is open to all.

1.2 Account Information

I forgot my password, how do I get it back?

To reset your password use the “Forgotten your password?” link. Enter in the email that you used to register your account and a reset link will be sent to you.
